What do you think now?

Have you ever experienced the moment of you always think other things, doing something else? I have. I am an overthinker, which means I think a lot even during the meditation that I have recently started. For example, I think about what I should have done, what I am going to do tomorrow, and I often worry about my future.

Recently, I have found and listen to very interesting, meaningful and helpful podcast. I followed the podcast in a moment. I think it is good things that I share it for those who have the same problems and those who are likely to overthink.

In this article, you can learn

1 Problems being an overthinker

2 Why personal thinking time is helpful to me as an overthinker

Let’s get though it!

1 Problems being an overthinker

As I mentioned, I am an overthinker who think a lot about anything from important things to things that I cannot control. For example, during walking, cooking and even eating, I tend to think other things such as about what I need to do, what I want to do, what kind of posts I can post on Instagram, and what if I cannot pass the English exam to apply for master degree and more…

It is very stressful for me, because I cannot concentrate the moment and I recognize if I think a lot, it is not useful and even after a few minutes later, I don’t remember what I thought at all.

2 Why personal thinking time is helpful to me as an overthinker

Now, I take personal thinking time before 10 minutes I go to sleep. Personal thinking time is the time that I can think whatever I want. Thanks to having the time, I can think“ It is OK not to think about now, because I can think about that during my personal thinking time.”

In the podcast, there are some tips to implement personal thinking time in a real life, which helps me a lot. I highly recommend you checking the podcast #288.

What are your tactics to overcome a stressful situation?

Please share your thought.

A ccna course can also benefit professionals who already have basic IT experience but want to deepen their technical knowledge. General computer support skills can be helpful, but networking requires a more specific understanding of communication systems. The course can introduce learners to how data moves between devices and how network paths are managed. This can improve confidence when working with network diagrams, commands, and configuration tasks. It can also support progression into more specialised IT roles.
