Work directly with farmers, local communities, and government agencies to develop and implement sustainability projects.

Oversee and coordinate the waste management installation projects and other field-based sustainability initiatives.

Act as the key liaison between su-re.co, local stakeholders, government bodies, and NGOs to ensure successful collaboration.

Ensure all project deliverables that require on-site execution are completed efficiently.

Support the development and execution of capacity-building programs, including workshops and training sessions for local stakeholders.
Technical Training & Capacity Building

Facilitate Climate Field Schools with partners such as BMKG and other organizations.

Conduct technical training sessions for local communities, farmers, and stakeholders on biogas technology, renewable energy solutions, and sustainable engineering practices.

Develop training materials and manuals to ensure effective knowledge transfer in energy-related sustainability projects.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Engage with partners, government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations to enhance the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, safety standards, and sustainability criteria in all engineering project implementations.

Establish partnerships with research institutions and resource centers to enhance project impact.

📚 Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, climate studies, agriculture, public policy, or a related field.

Experience in field project implementation, community engagement, or research work, preferably related to climate change adaptation, mitigation, or sustainable land use.

Strong ability to engage and build relationships with farmers, NGOs, government officials, and research institutions.

Demonstrated data collection and analysis skills, with experience in writing research reports, proposals, or policy briefs.

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Willingness to be based in Bali and travel for fieldwork as required.
