OFFICE MANAGER 

Full-time (On-site) | Bali | Start Date: July 2026

We are seeking a strategic, organized Office Manager to manage and oversee organizational operations, cross-team coordination, and project implementation. This is not a typical administrative role, it combines operational oversight, business planning, team coordination, and governance, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and sustainably. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Organizational Operations & Systems Oversight • Oversee daily operations across entities (Foreign Investment Company, Foundation and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and ensure teams follow established processes. • Monitor and improve internal systems for workflow, communication, documentation, and reporting. • Ensure organizational compliance with Indonesian regulations (OSS, NIB, LKPM, HR files, permits). Project Coordination & CEO Support • Support the CEO in turning strategies into structured work plans, timelines, and priorities. • Oversee progress across all su-re.co projects (IKI, P4G, BPDLH, ASEAN SEDP, student programs, corporate programs, etc.). • Facilitate communication between project leads, ensuring milestones and donor deliverables are achieved. • Ensure all teams are aligned and accountable; identify delays or bottlenecks early and escalate when needed. • Coordinate the preparation of progress summaries, internal dashboards, and CEO briefings. Business Planning & Financial Sustainability Oversight • Oversee the preparation of cash flow projections, revenue forecasts, and operational budgeting. • Monitor organizational financial health and advise the CEO on sustainability scenarios. • Ensure teams provide timely, accurate financial and operational data for forecasting. • Identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements to strengthen sustainability. • Provide management-level insights to support decision-making on biogas expansion, climate-smart products, educational programs, and partnerships. Partner, Stakeholder & Donor Coordination • Oversee communication with external partners, donors, government agencies, and universities. • Ensure MoUs, cooperation agreements, compliance documents, and reporting packages are completed on time. • Coordinate alignment between PT and Yayasan on roles, responsibilities, and reporting. • Review and guide the preparation of donor reports, ensuring quality and accuracy. FIELD COORDINATOR

Project-based (On-site) | Denpasar-Badung Area | Start Date: July 2026

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Operations Coordinator to oversee field implementation of our Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure and conversion project in collaboration with SporaEV. The role will initially focus on coordinating the construction and setup of EV infrastructure in Pererenan and Denpasar that includes charging stations, PV and battery storage system instalment, before expanding to support day-to-day project operations, field coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project activities are implemented safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, solving practical challenges, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and contributing directly to impactful sustainability projects. ​ 🔬 Key Responsibilities Construction Coordination • Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of workshop construction and renovation activities. • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers during project implementation. • Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or construction issues. Site Supervision & Quality Control • Conduct regular site inspections at both project locations. • Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with technical requirements. • Verify completed work before approval and handover. • Coordinate corrective actions when necessary. Procurement & Logistics • Coordinate procurement of construction materials, workshop equipment, and supporting facilities. • Verify delivered materials against specifications. • Coordinate installation schedules with contractors and suppliers. • Maintain records of purchased assets and project inventory. Project Administration • Prepare regular construction progress reports (weekly and monthly) • Maintain documentation including site photos, inspection records, meeting minutes, and procurement records. • Support project reporting requirements. • Review project expenditure regularly to ensure it is aligned within the approved and available budget Facilities Management • Support the setup and commissioning of the new EV infrastructure. • Coordinate maintenance and minor repairs during the project period. • Ensure workshop facilities remain organized, functional, and ready for operation. Health, Safety & Compliance • Ensure construction activities comply with occupational health and safety standards. • Monitor the proper use of safety equipment on-site. • Report incidents, risks, and propose mitigation measures. • Support compliance with project safeguard and environmental requirements. Communications • Maintain effective communication and coordination between project partners • Facilitate the exchange of project-related information and implementation updates 📚 Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Our Think-Tank Team plays a crucial role in shaping evidence-based strategies, publishing high-impact insights, and driving advocacy for sustainable development in Indonesia and beyond. We are seeking a curious, analytical, and collaborative researcher to join our Think-Tank division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interdisciplinary climate research, policy analysis, and systems thinking—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and wants their work to translate into real-world impact. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Research and Analysis • Lead and contribute to studies on climate resilience, with focus on sectoral transitions policy pathways for low-carbon development, and social dimensions including energy systems, aquaculture, forestry, and electric mobility. • Conduct desk and field-based research: data collection, interviews, policy scans, literature reviews, and spatial analysis. • Contribute to the development of frameworks including but not limited to the Justice Compass, climate finance mechanisms, or restoration models. • Produce high-quality research outputs including technical reports, white papers, policy briefs, and academic publications. • Support the development of project proposals and concept notes (e.g., for the European Commission, GIZ, IUCN, FAO, etc.) in collaboration with international partners Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with communities, ministries, donors, and international research institutions. • Facilitate participatory workshops and co-creation sessions with farmers, youth, and local governments. • Conduct interviews, consultations, and validation activities with multiple stakeholder groups.
