COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Part-time (Remote – Based in Indonesia)
At  su-re.co, we believe that effective communication is key to driving awareness and engagement in sustainability initiatives. Our work spans climate action, community development, and sustainable business—and we need a skilled Communications Officer to help share our impact with the world.
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented communicator to manage our digital presence, media outreach, and content creation. This is a part-time, remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in an independent work environment and is passionate about sustainability.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance su-re.co’s brand presence and engagement with target audiences.

Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage cross-promotion and content integration opportunities.

Maintain and update the company’s website to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

Build and manage relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage for su-re.co’s projects and initiatives.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials (e.g., posters, brochures) to support company events and initiatives.

Assist in designing and producing communication materials that align with su-re.co’s brand identity.

Provide monthly reports on communication performance, highlighting social media growth, engagement trends, and outreach impact.
Requirements
-
Strong communicator with experience in digital marketing, social media management, journalism, or PR.

Passion for sustainability, environmental issues, and climate action.
-
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and visually compelling content.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.

Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (knowledge of Japanese or Balinese is a bonus).

Organized, independent, and proactive—able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with SEO, social media analytics, and content performance tracking.

Experience in media relations and press outreach is an advantage.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

su-re.co is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. Based in Bali, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, including administration, human resources, and financial management.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-
Provide support to team members and departments as needed.
-
Assist with the organization of company events and activities.
-
Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and manual procedures related to admin and as needed.
-
Maintaining and updating organizational legal documents, such as LKPM report, Deed of Establishment, etc.
Human Resources:
-
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
-
Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation.
-
Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
-
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
-
Assist with financial reporting and record-keeping.
-
Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
-
Assist with payroll processing and tax reporting.
-
Maintain and reconcile records of all logistics-related documents (bill, invoices, receipts, other related documents) in our Accounting and Financial Management Platform to be reported regularly in the form of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and General Ledger, Payroll;

Deal with monthly and annual tax report for both su-re.co company and su-re.co foundation

Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements: -
Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (SMK). Diploma degree in Secretary is preferred.

Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
