THINK-TANK
Our Story
With a foundation in science and strategic planning, su-re.co partners directly with policymakers and international organizations while building large-scale business ventures. We prioritize strategic thinking and local action over pure consultation and advocacy. This approach enables us to provide insights that help the public and private sectors collaborate in addressing climate change

OUR CURRENT PROJECTS
Creating well-thought gifts.

Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 (P4G)
2025 - Present
su-re.co, in partnership with Crustea, is implementing a climate-smart aquaculture project (2025–2027) to support the transition of Indonesia’s shrimp farming sector toward sustainability. The project will train over 1,000 farmers through Climate-Resilient Farmer Field Schools focused on low-emission, adaptive practices while promoting the adoption of Crustea’s solar-powered Eco-Aerators and IoT systems that reduce diesel use by up to 80% and increase productivity by up to 200%. By combining community capacity-building with clean technology deployment, the initiative aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve water quality management, and enhance food security in coastal aquaculture regions.

GIZ - Consultancy on Climate Resilient Industrial Sector Framework Development
2025 - Present
This study supports GIZ’s efforts under the “Partnerships to Accelerate the Global Energy Transition” (PACT) project and aims to evaluate sectoral pathways for Indonesia’s energy transition by identifying high-value industries with potential for sustainable transformation. The project provides actionable insights into economic, technological, and social enablers of a just and sustainable industrial transition. The resulting framework will inform national planning and help align sectoral decarbonization with Indonesia’s Net Zero ambitions and long-term development goals.

GIZ - Inception Study on Sustainable Fisheries through Utilization Solar Cooling to Reduce Emission and Improve Fish Quality
2025 - Present
su-re.co is leading an inception study to position Indonesia’s fisheries sector as a key contributor to the country’s 2025–2045 Indonesia National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJP). The study explores the sector’s role in supporting climate change mitigation and adaptation, enhancing food security, and strengthening coastal livelihoods. Through a holistic, systems-based approach, the project will deliver actionable strategies to align fisheries sector interventions with national development goals and global sustainability targets.
