Node of Advanced Decarbonized Infrastructure
Electric vehicle works better when the energy behind it is clean.
NADI is building a new way to support electric mobility in Bali. The project brings together electric motorbikes, renewable-energy charging, smarter energy use, local skills, and emissions tracking all in one connected EV system.
30 Free Motorcycle Conversion Slots — Registration Now Closed!
Thank you for your enthusiasm and participation! We opened 30 free motorcycle conversion slots in Bali, and registration is now closed.

From electric vehicles to a complete clean-mobility ecosystem.

Node of Advanced Decarbonized Infrastructure, or NADI for short, is a project that explores how cleaner transport can work in Bali.
Led by su-re.co together with project partners, NADI connects renewable energy, electric motorcycles, charging Infrastructure, local skills, and emissions tracking.
What is Electric Motorcycle conversion?
Electric Motorcycle conversion means replacing the petrol engine system of an eligible motorcycle with an electric battery and motor system, while still using the same body.

Why convert your motorcycle?
You do not always need to buy a new motorcycle to move to electric mobility. If your motorcycle is eligible, conversion allows you to use the motorcycle you already own and change it to electric.

Use Less Petrol
Use less petrol every day
Electric propulsion replaces the motorcycle’s petrol-powered drivetrain, allowing everyday journeys to be powered by electricity instead of fuel.

Give an Existing Motorcycle a New Purpose
Make the most of what you already have
Rather than replacing the entire motorcycle, conversion makes use of an eligible existing vehicle as the foundation for electric mobility.

Potentially Lower Everyday Running Costs
A different way to manage mobility costs
Electric motorcycles can reduce reliance on petrol and have fewer conventional engine components to maintain. Actual savings will depend on the motorcycle, riding pattern, electricity source, and conversion system.

How to Register Your Motorcycle
NADI EV Registration steps
Register > Initial review > technical assessment > conversion plan > conversion & testing > handover > ride
1. Register
Fill in the su-re.co EV Conversion Interest Form and share required informations about you and your motorcycle.
2. Initial review
Our team reviews the information submitted through the registration form and checks whether the motorcycle can proceed to the next stage of assessment.
3. Technical Assessment
The motorcycle is reviewed together with the technical team to understand its condition and conversion requirements.
4. Conversion Plan
Eligible participants receive information on the proposed conversion process, technical requirements, estimated timeline, and applicable costs before confirming participation.
5. Conversion & Testing
Once confirmed, the motorcycle enters the conversion process followed by technical checks and operational testing.
6. Handover
After the required checks are completed, the converted motorcycle is handed back to the participant together with relevant operating information and follow-up guidance.
7. Ride
Your EV is ready to ride!
One Integrated NADI Ecosystem.
We are currently leading and co-developing research projects in various sustainability domains.
Each one is a gift of knowledge designed to meet real-world needs.
Building an Integrated System for Electric Mobility
NADI brings together energy, technology, people, and data to understand how electric mobility works in real-life conditions.

Cleaner Energy for Charging
At one integrated NADI location, solar power and energy storage help support EV charging with locally generated renewable energy

EVs Tested in Everyday Use
50+ IoT-enabled electric two-wheelers are deployed in real operating environments to understand utilisation, mobility needs, energy use, and the practical requirements of low-carbon logistics.

Using Data to Track Emissions
Working towards reducing 50.7 tonnes of CO₂e per year, helping turn climate targets into clear and measurable results.

Building Skills for the EV Transition
Equips ≥10 community members with technical skills in EV maintenance, battery management, renewable energy, and energy systems to support emerging green jobs, with women representing ≥40% of vocational training participants.

Learning Today, Building for the Future
Lessons, data, and business insights from NADI’s sites will be documented into a practical blueprint that can support similar projects in future endeavors.
