This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about food and beverage (especially coffee, chocolate/cacao, and nuts), enjoys building businesses with impact, and is ready to take ownership of operations and sales. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Coordination - Manage day-to-day operations of su-re.co’s climate-smart products (coffee, chocolate, cacao, nuts, and others). - Oversee supply chains, production planning, inventory, and product quality. - Improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reliability. - Coordinate closely with the Do-Tank and Think-Tank teams to ensure business activities align with field projects and impact goals. Our Think-Tank Team plays a crucial role in shaping evidence-based strategies, publishing high-impact insights, and driving advocacy for sustainable development in Indonesia and beyond. We are seeking a curious, analytical, and collaborative researcher to join our Think-Tank division. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interdisciplinary climate research, policy analysis, and systems thinking—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and wants their work to translate into real-world impact. 🔬 Key Responsibilities Research and Analysis - Lead and contribute to studies on climate resilience, with focus on sectoral transitions policy pathways for low-carbon development, and social dimensions including adaptation, mitigation, and climate justice - Conduct desk and field-based research: data collection, interviews, policy scans, literature reviews, and spatial analysis. - Contribute to the development of frameworks including but not limited to the Justice Compass, climate finance mechanisms, or restoration models. - Produce high-quality research outputs including technical reports, white papers, policy briefs, and academic publications. - Support the development of project proposals and concept notes (e.g., for the European Commission, GIZ, IUCN, FAO, etc.) in collaboration with international partners Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with communities, ministries, donors, and international research institutions. - Facilitate participatory workshops and co-creation sessions with farmers, youth, and local governments. - Conduct interviews, consultations, and validation activities with multiple stakeholder groups.
